Trainer for digital content production

The Politics and Society Institute is looking for an experienced Trainer for digital content production, under the supervision of the Program Manager, he/she will be responsible for the delivery and building capacities of Youth participants, this is a Consultancy position based in Amman, Jordan.


Responsibilities:


Develop and deliver training programs on writing scripts and produce digital stories via mobile phone.
Create training materials, modules, and resources to enable participants to effectively focus on writing scripts and produce digital stories via mobile phone.
Customize training programs to address identified skill gaps and enhance capacity in writing scripts and produce digital stories via mobile phone.
Share insights on how to align scripts of 30 digital stories with outcomes of the Royal Commission to Modernize the Political System and international standards.
Develop and implement methods to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
A Commitment to follow up on participants’ activities during the project implementation period and to support youth write scripts, and produce 30 digital stories via mobile phone.

Qualifications:


Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in designing and delivering digital content production.
Comprehensive knowledge of the context of the modernized political vision promoted by the government
Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
Experience working with diverse groups, both internal staff and external stakeholders.
A commitment to promoting accurate reporting about participant progress in the project and to support them producing 30 digital stories.
