Rasha Fityan

Specialized in assessment and capacity building, conflict resolution, community peace building, and soft strategies to prevent violent extremism. She has worked for nearly 20 years managing relief and development programs and projects targeting vulnerable and marginalized groups, especially youth, women, and refugees in the Middle East with a group of international institutions. She holds a fellowship in the Alliance of Civilizations program in 2011. She is a member of the Youth Committee for the Department of Population and Immigration Policies of the League of Arab States 2007-2011.
She holds a master’s degree in peace and conflict studies, a bachelor’s degree in business administration, and is currently completing her scientific career to obtain a PHD in political science.
