Social media expert

The Politics and Society Institute is looking for an experienced Social media expert under the supervision of the Program Manager, he/she will be responsible for the delivery and building capacities of Youth participants, this is a Consultancy position based in Amman, Jordan.

Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver training programs on social media advocacy campaigns.
Create training materials, modules, and resources to enable participants to effectively focus on social media advocacy campaigns.
Share insights on how to align social media advocacy campaigns with outcomes of the Royal Commission to Modernize the Political System and international standards.
Develop and implement methods to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
Commitment to following up on the activities of the participants during the project implementation period and supporting them in launching the advocacy campaigns that they will work on on social media sites.
Regularly review and update training content to reflect evolving social media advocacy campaigns

Qualifications:
Master’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
At least 7 years of experience in social media advocacy campaigns, and production
Strong facilitation, presentation and communication skills.
Experience working with diverse groups, both internal staff and external stakeholders.
Commitment to promoting accurate reporting about participants’ social media advocacy campaigns progress.
