Transparency & Integrity consultant
Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver training programs on transparency & integrity.
Create training materials, modules, and resources to enable participants to effectively focus on transparency & integrity.
Assess the specific training needs of staff, partners, and stakeholders related to transparency & integrity.
Customize training programs to address identified skill gaps and enhance capacity in transparency & integrity practices.
Share insights on how to align transparency & integrity with outcomes of the Royal Commission to Modernize the Political System and international standards.
Develop and implement methods to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
A Commitment to following up on participants’ activities during the project implementation period.
Regularly review and update training content to reflect evolving transparency & integrity practices.
Qualifications:
Master’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field ( Governance, political science, sustainability, or a related discipline).
A minimum of 7 years of experience in designing and delivering transparency & integrity training programs.
Comprehensive knowledge of transparency & integrity standards, and practices.
Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
Experience working with diverse groups, both internal staff and external stakeholders.
A commitment to promoting accurate reporting about participant progress in transparency & integrity.
