Hanieh Al Dmour

An expert in governance, political participation, and civil society capacity building, she is a national consultant with over 14 years of experience designing and managing democratic and reform programs in Jordan and the MENA region. She has been involved in programs targeting Syrian civil society, particularly in northeast Syria and Al-Hol camp, including needs assessments, developing data collection and impact measurement tools, and supporting local partners. She has also worked with Syrian activists, women leaders, and parliamentarians in advocacy, policy analysis, consensus-building, and dialogue management. Furthermore, she possesses over 16 years of experience in media and public discourse management, combining political and institutional analysis with field experience in sensitive and conflict-affected contexts.
